Доброго времени суток.

Отдельно необходимо рассмотреть вопрос шкалирования.
При оценках замеряемых параметров была применена пятичленная шкала степени частоты обращения к проблеме, иными словами шкала актуальности проблемы. Оценка производится по следующим альтернативам никогда – редко – иногда – часто - постоянно.

При построении указанной шкалы **задается шаг в 25%**. Всего пять оценочных позиций, притом, что первая «НИКОГДА» - нулевая. Остальным четырем присвоен вес: «РЕДКО» - от 1 до 25%, «ИНОГДА» - с 26 до 50%, «РЕДКО» - с 51 до 75%, «ЧАСТО» - с 76 до 100% .
