Доброго времени суток

Каждая оценка не являются величиной четко фиксированной и формализованной, это некая относительная величина в диапазоне 25%. Это вызвано тем, что оценку трудно формализовать - у различных экспертов она заметно различается. В нашем случае 25% это своеобразный люфт в оценках экспертов. Сразу скажем, что эта цифра является производной от выбранной нами пятичленной шкалы. И в этом смысле она может меняться в случае изменения шкалы
