Hi, I would be most grateful if you could help me understand what are exactly the ingredients in this jar and what kind of fish exactly... Why does it say "drugih vidov rib", is it from different species and not pure? Thank you so much. The picture can be best seen when enlarged from this link

agree  diana bb: or 'mackerel flesh'. As for 'drugiye vidy ryb'. it reminds me of Orwell's 'neutral fruit' in his book 'Coming Up for Air' :-)

mackerel fillet

Explanation:
It IS mackerel, no mentioning of sturgeon or salmon there.

Name of product: Tsarskaya caviar made of ocean and other fish fillet. (Икра царская из мяса океанических и других рыб)

Ingredients: Mackerel fillet, vegetable oil, salt, jelly-forming agent pectin E440, food colorant E172, preserving agent E 202, 211. (Мясо скумбрии, растительное масло, соль, желеобразователь пектин Е440, пищевой краситель Е172, консервант Е202, Е211.)

If you think of buying this product be aware that this is NOT a real caviar, but a far less expensive imitation.

I forgot to mention, that I don't know why the producer mentioned "other fish" in the name of the product, while the ingredients clearly include only mackerel, as far as the fish part goes. I guess they thought that this way the name would sound more attractive and the product would be more "buyable" :)
