Договор о найме(подряде) экипажа (команды) на судно Explanation: Dogovor (soglasheniye) o naime (podriade) ekipazha (komandy) na sudno. In other words it is not the crew members who are provided with services (as it sounds in the first translation), but the vessel owner ( or captain or whoever) is hiring the crew to work on the vessel.
