All operating costs are covered by the charterer Важно: Хотя перевод "Bareboat hire-purchase charter-party" кажется более полным, такое выражение избыточно, т.к. на деле "hire-purchase" автоматически (без вариантов) означает "без экипажа" Это не противоречит первой ссылке, данной в пояснении к другому ответу (от Константина): там знак "/" означает "или/или", т.е. выражение "bareboat charter/hire purchase (BBC/HP)" означает два альтернативных варианта договора "без экипажа" (названные через "дробь"), а не "два в одном", как представлено Константином Примечания: 1.
