Asker: hi Gary ! thank you for your answer - this option is used for example in windows :) but my situation is somewhat different - there may be tow cases: 1) adding the layout to the program, (the program supports 10 languages and we add support of a 11th language) and 2) adding the layout as active i.e. one of say three which are actually in use and I need to distinguish between this cases
