dog leech
Explanation:
Erpobdella octoculata

...Dog leech" Erpobdella octoculata and the fish doesn’t mind getting fat eating these... (

Now, I reckon I have some background points to explain. Here\'s the abridged story behind my answer, if you please:
The name Herpobdella atomaria seems to have long become obsolete. The scientific name of малая ложноконская пиявка, according to Фр.–рус.биол.словарь (М. 1985) (and this is one source to trust), is Herpobdella octoculata, whose generic name lost its first letter somewhere along the meandering taxonomic road, which is not at all unusual since over last few decades zoologists were trying to make latinized scientific names look more in line with their original Greek spelling. So... that’s more or les it.

--------------------------------------------------

NB: The name \"dog leech\" is rarely used, so you better put the sci.name in parenthesis after using the vernacular in your target text. =v=

PS - If this is an \'easy\' question, then it\'s definitely time for me to give up the day job. Come on native speakers - own up... how many of you knew that this little fella was a dog leech.

As Kipling once almost said... Methinks, Asker, thou dost request too much.

Explanation:

(Nerpobdella octoculata)...
www.ecocoop.ru/hydro/messages/79.html

Copy-n-paste capabilities proliferate and perpetuate misprints/misspellings -- all the more people are usually unaware of name origins or couldn't care less
