De Larder Explanation: I propose "De Larder" but I never heard about a Стейк из свинины «Де-Лядер»!!! Maybe a great chief!!!??? steak de porc "du chef" Explanation: I guess it is a misspelling of "de leader" which I'd translate as : "du chef" or "de chef" like in "Salade du chef". I often read such appellations on the menus in post-soviet republic restaurants, where "à la chateaubriand" or "sauce Béchamel" tended to become incomprehensible because translated too quickly or incorrectly.
