Юлия, я Вам предлагаю наиболее приблежённый к немецкой системе вариант. Конечно - "Doktor" - это не совсем кандидат наук, но в принципе эти ученые звания эквивалентны. В Германии в гум. науках есть Rigorosum - похож на канд. экзамен по всему предмету / Disputation - защита самой работы , (то есть либо/либо), но я бы не стала их приравнивать к системе СНГ.
