ich habe wieder ein Problem mit dem Russischen als gesprochener Sprache. Wie könnte ich diese beiden Wörter am besten übersetzen?

Der gesamte Satz ist der folgende:
Тaк вот большaя чaсть пенсионеров продолжaет рaботaть, зaнимaть определенные пости, получaют зa это жaловaнье, одновременно получaют и пенсию.

Фразу можно понять по-разному. Один вариант - "так вот, ... ", т. е. это вводное выражение, выделяется интонационно паузой, а на письме должна быть запятая. В это случае автор имеет в виду "итак, подытоживая вышесказанное, скажу:", и тогда подходит вариант also, который написал Denis Mihajlovic.

Но автор мог и сказать "так вот", чтобы сделать акцент на "большая часть пенсионеров", тогда интонационно пауза не делается, логическое ударение - на "большая" или "пенсионеров" (смотря что хочет выделить).

В этом смысле, думаю, подошло бы "zwar" - Die meisten Rentner arbeiten, ... zwar ... weiter.
