Non ho molto contesto in quanto credo che il documento che sto traducendo sia solo una parte dell'intero contratto. Si tratta comunque di un accordo di concessione dei diritti e dei doveri. Si dice che tale contratto e' costituto su tale base.
La frase intera e':
Настоящее соглашение составлено на возмездной основе, Сторона-1 обязуется уплатить Стороне-2 сумму в рублях эквивалентную Евро на день оплаты, в согласованный Сторонами срок.
