Contract comes into force from the 01-12-2010 and valid till 31-12-2013. ""After validity of the present Contract of its condition remain valid under the attitude to all parties of the Goods which actions before expiry of the present Contract have not been still paid. Sides are not released from the duties following from deals accomplished before expiry of the term of action of the Contract, in particular calculations concerning adjustment for the sold Goods and the claims"".
