I also encountered this word a while back while translating tender documentation for railroad bridges. From what I know of bridge construction, the description in Serbian matches that of what a head slope would be, but I can't say for certain that it is correct, due to the fact that I got it from a single human source. I figured I would at least throw it out there for you to decide on.

Explanation:
