neutral  LEXpert: Na pravom putu ali nije baš uobičajena formulacija na engleskom. Custody duties nžalost previše asocira na custodial duties, t.j., poslove ili dužnosti domara. http://www.sjsu.edu/facilities/custodial/

  -> nisam stavila custodial, već parental custody, razlika je ogromna. Našla sam custody rights and duties ( prava i dužnosti), čest pravni termin, stavim link. Mislim da je sud s razlogom stavio dužnosti,koje su precizirane, pa se taj termin treba i prevest.
