Serbian term or phrase: staleško pravo
Kada advokatsku djelatnost obavlja u inostranstvu, advokat treba da uvažava i medunarodna nacela etike, i nacela etike i staleškog prava advokata zemlje u kojoj deluje.

Any ideas for this? Not feudal rights though...unless you can argue a good case for it.

Explanation:
stalež - in this case the "Guild of Men of Law" (that's medieval enough?)
As in:
"The Man of Law's Tale (also called The Lawyer's Tale) is the fifth of the Canterbury Tales by Geoffrey Chaucer, written around 1387...."

Explanation:
Nemam nikakav izvor, nažalost. Samo se vodim time da u svakoj zemlji valjda postoji advokatska komora koja ima svoj neki code of conduct i da su njime propisani neki standardi, prava i pravila.
