"sekretar" and "sekretarica" are two totally different jobs, although both can be translated as "secretary", at least in part.
The "secretary" of a company (sekretar preduzeća / ovde sekretar muzeja) is a company officer - called more correctly a "company secretary" (in UK at least) and he/she is in the business of dealing with the authorities on behalf of the company, and inside the company itself has a level of responsibility on a totally different scale from a secretary (attached to a director, or a manager).

"pravnik-sekretar" in a commercial organisation would be a full-time in house corporate lawyer that is also acting as the company secretary, not anyone's secretary ("sekretarica").

As a museum is not a business "company secretary/lawyer" is not appropriate. I'm not sure what would be the equivalent job title for someone doing that kind of job for a museum, but it certainly isn't "Legal Secretary" and even less "Legal Administrative Assistant" these are "sekretarice".

Note than even when a women is doing the job of "pravnik/sekretar" [ref Svetlana D., sekretar, dipl.pravnik ] her job title is still "sekretar" NOT "sekretarica".
