Serbian term or phrase: pravo svojine na pokretnim i nepokretnim stvarima
,,U Republici Srbiji pravo svojine na pokretnim i nepokretnim stvarima mogu imati fizička i pravna lica''.

Da li se to kaze '' the right to ownership of movable and immovable things'' ili ''the right of ownership of movable and immovable things'' ili na neki treći način?

disagree  Daryo: a translation [what is more not best one!] as a reference for a basic legal concept? Unsurprisingly, no other ghits for this ....
