Uz sve navedeno, a vezano uz predvidljivost, zakon je bio nov, nije bilo ostavljeno dovoljno vremena da se adresati upoznaju s mogućim posledicama i nerealno je očekivati da pogotovo mlađi punoletnik poznaje, a kamo li razume pravni sistem u kojem se zatekao, nego je bio vođen željom da poseti svog brata i da ga odvede iz ratom zahvaćenog područja.

To je iz nekog kejs stadija i događa se u izmišljenoj zemlji (aludira se na neku nordijsku zemlju, reč je o azilantima), pa ne znam da li se primenjuje granica 18-21 koja postoji u našem zakonodavstvu.
