the Constitution Explanation: change the style of writing - instead of the literal "creator of the Constitution" just personify "the Constitution": ... it the Constitution decides to make jurisprudence a source of law ... or maybe better, make it impersonal ... if the Constitution is made/written/drafted in a way to you can also simply stay close to the style of the ST ... anyway "Ustavotvorac" is just a figure of speech - in places where for real ONE person makes the fundamental rules, there is no need for any "Constitution" ... |
