Pogledajte npr.

Asker: Da, sada tako. Vidim i u CG ga koriste. Videćemo šta će biti kod nas. Hvala!

Asker: Uzgred, kako rešavate, ako imate, "povremeni poslovi"... možda će me grditi admin...

short-term worker/employee

Explanation:

short-term/precarious workers

Precarious workers are those who fill permanent job needs but are denied permanent employee rights.
Permanent employment across a number of sectors has shifted to precarious jobs through outsourcing, use of employment agencies, and inappropriate classification of workers as “short-term” or “independent contractors.”

povremeni poslovi su :
occasional employment - happening or done sometimes but not often : not happening or done in a regular or frequent way. : sometimes doing a particular job or activity.
