response time Explanation: Response TimeResponse time is the time taken by the first Fire Tender to reach the spot of afire accident. Thanks to the efforts taken by the Department, the response time has been steadily decreasing. In Chennai City the Department has succeeded in containing the response time to a period of 10 minutes or less. A separateCommunication Wing and a Control Room with ‘101’ & ‘102’ telephone connectionand wireless sets are available in Chennai City, through which messages can betransmitted quickly so that response time is reduced. All efforts are being taken toreduce the response time further. http://64.233.169.104/search?q=cache:d82mAmfqO74J:www.tn.gov... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 47 mins (2008-04-19 13:23:15 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Kad malo razmislim, response time podrazumeva se tri gore navedene komponente (poziv, polazak, kretanje vozila)...mozda bi se moglo prevesti kao "time spent on making a phone call ( to the fire station)" u ovom slucaju.... |
