I'd just like to add some more info.:
Damra is right - there were many singers (both male and female) who sang (or still sing) this song.
I do not know who the original performer was (could be Toma Zdravkovic, like Gordana said above).
This is still a very popular folk love song and is considered one of the best of its kind (for comparison, this is like country music in the U.S.).
And Toma Zdravkovic was considered one of the best singers of this sort of music.
