Serbo-Croat term or phrase: načelo pouzdanja/načelo povjerenja
Konkretna rečenica koju pokušavam prevesti je: "Sticanje prava svojine na nepokretnostima na osnovu načela pouzdanja u katastar nepokretnosti".
Zanima me kako da prevedem "načelo puzdanja" u ovom kontekstu.
Naišao sam takođe i na izraz "načelo povjerenja" - sa istovjetnim značenjem.
Inače, radi se o načelu koje se kao takvo opisuje u zakonima koji se bave zemljišnom administracijom u Srbiji i BiH (vjerovatno i u drugim zemljama u okruženju). Stoga nisam pribjegao tome da sam "izmišljam" prikladan izraz već se nadam da bi mi neko mogao pomoći sa konkretnim pravnim izrazom.

Reliance principle


Explanation:
Means that a bona fide third party may rely in correctness and completeness of the data contained in the real estate register.

Also, reliability principle comes to mind but I am not so sure about that one. What do you guys think?
