Slovak term or phrase: Používanie správneho času pri rozprávaní dlhsej udalostí - sudna zapisnica
Chcela by som poprosit o pomoc, aky cas pouzit pri preklade dlhsej zapisnice, v ktorej sa uvadza:

Obzalovany uviedol, ze dany skutok spachal tak, ze najprv vyprovokoval hadku...
nasleduje vypis, co urobil - ide o cin, ktory sa stal dlhsi casovy usek pred tym, ako sa spisala zapisnica.

Dalej opis pokracuje s tym, co vsetko dalej obzalovany robil, ale uz sa to neuvadza v nepriamej reci. Z textu je vsak jasne, ze tieto skutocnosti uviedol v zapisnici obzalovany a ide o jeho popis minulych udalosti. Popripade po dlhom odstavci sa opat spomenie jedna dve vety v nepriamej reci.
Napr.:
Potom sa obeti vyhrazal...
Dalej jej nadaval...
Atd atd
Zaroven uviedol, ze v ten den aj prespal u...

V prvej vete som dala minuly cas a predminuly cas, klasicky ako pri preklade nepriamej reci.

The defendant stated that he had committed the aforementioned act, he had provoked the argument...

Otazka je, ze co dalej? Mam pokracovat v predminulom case, alebo uz len v minulom case?
He had threatened the victim / He threatened the victim
he had been verbally abusing her / He was verbally abusing her

Pripadne pisat len v minulom case aj ked ide o nepriamu rec?

Neviem sa rozhodnut, ako zlucit priamu aj nepriamu rec, aby to bolo konzistentne. A samozrejme kedze ide o sudny dokument, aby som zlou volbou casu nesposobila chybu v anglickej verzii.
