Het gaat om de inschrijving van de eigendomsakte in het kadasterregister, het bewijs van inschrijving.

¨El C. Calificador [naam] hace constar que en virtud de la solicitud presentada, quedan registrados los actos que en continuación se describen.¨

Ik heb inmiddels geleerd dat ´c.´ zou kunnen staan voor ´ciudadano´, als deze persoon geen verdere titels heef, een respectvolle manier van bejegenen in formele documenten. Maar zeker ben ik er niet van. Als dit zo is, lijkt mij dat niet te vertalen naar het Nederlands als functietitel voor een medewerker van het register.
Maar ook dan rest nog de vraag deze combinatie als geheel te vertalen, want ´calificador´ (´beoordelend´, ´beoordelaar´) moet ook nog een plekje krijgen.

Onderaan de verklaring staat wederom ´c. calificador´ met de naam en handtekening van deze persoon. Ik kan het dus ook niet weglaten.

Explanation:
Dat volstaat. De 'C.' wordt voor zover ik weet wel gebruikt in het Latijns-Amerikaans, niet in Spanje. Het staat voor ciudadano, burger dus. Iemand zonder titels. Er is dan ook geen 'bruikbare' of 'gangbare' vertaling voor in het Nederlands. Ik zou er dus voor kiezen om het weg te laten en het te houden op 'beoordelaar'.
