This is a report from an employee at a retail company explaining what goes on in the accounting department. I'm not an accounting expert in Spanish (but know enough), so I could use some help with some phrases.... Here's the paragraph for context to the phrase above:

Tenemos la mayor cantidad de partidas abiertas en la cuenta bancaria de depósitos no identificados, por tesorería no tenemos como identificar quien depositó hasta que un área diga la cuenta corriente de quien pagó, si no da aviso la plata queda ahí, nadie tiene como saber. No pasa por el local, la cuenta corriente solo identifica ventas, cuando me generan un deposito es a nombre de la compania y a una cuenta específica para la función. Pueden pasar 20 días un proveedor reclamando hasta que me llega a mí.
Referente a este tema, yo genero un pago a un proveedor que tiene vía de pago vale vista. Nómina de pago la hace Costa Rica, ellos generan la nómina conforme a los vencimientos del día que vamos a pagar siempre dos días después.
