In this case, it refers to movements (shipping) of goods, both nationally and internationally.

I mainly use Google to check for instances or examples of the use of words or phrases - not to decide "whether something is right or wrong". If there had been any more useful context, I would’ve posted it. However, the context in this case is simply an alphabetical list of software strings, which isn’t usually much help. As it stands, I've simply use the literal translation. By posting here, I hoped that someone with more experience of using the term, preferably in English, might reassure me that I’d done the right thing, and that there isn’t another set phrase that might be more appropriate in the context.

I don't think Google should be the arbiter of whether a translation is right or wrong. If it makes sense in the context, it doesn't matter that it gets no hits. "Special movements invoice" is almost certainly correct.
The Spanish gets two hits, both relating to transport companies.
