Spanish term or phrase: siembra por tutoreo
Hola nuevamente,

crop training/training systems
Explanation:
This is about training the plant, not training people.
"estaca o rafia agrícola" is the stake or trellis netting. Tutoreo is about training the plant to grow up the supports provided.

I saw the previous Kudoz question, but I think this covers all kinds, and is not specific to trellis or stakes, especially as those are mentioned in the example you have given.
As it is the name of a course, there could be a better way of wording it, but I do think "tutoreo" is about training the plant.

I think it's more than just staking, as that wouldn't make a very interesting course. Newly planted trees need stakes until they root, but I think there is more to this here. Climbing plants, such as cucumber, grapes, etc., need "training" to grow horizontally, otherwise they follow their natural tendencies to grow upwards in search of the sun.

agree  neilmac: Although if it's training/staking, "siembra" (sowing seed) seems to be out of place. It wouldn't be the first time.
