USD 1.098 billion Explanation: This tickled my curiosity... I just HAD to check. According to the World Factbook, Peru exported USD 53.823 billion in 2017, meaning ca. USD 13.5 billion per quarter. Those are total exports. If agricultural products indeed account for USD 1.098 billion, that means that ca. 8% of export comes from agriculture, which sounds somewhat reasonable, given that the bulk consists of metals, oil, and gas. |
