These are prefabricated units that include all of the "wet facilities" of a house. I don't think they're "wet units" as I only see these for ships (the ones they're talking about above are for homes).

I see that people have translated this as "plumbing core" but a search for images yields nothing like what they're talking about above.

Cimalco is a different company, admittedly, but its "núcleo húmedo" is essentially exactly the same as the one that won the award, and "wet core pod" doesn't seem to be a trademark (nor is "núcleo húmedo", clearly).

  -> Thanks, Phil! Yes, there are, though many of them seem to be related to drilling. I think we probably need "pod" as well.
agree  bigedsenior: I agree. Pod is necessary. Module could be used, but that might confuse with marine wet modules.
