There is an acronym on a Colombian vehicle registration: "Kg/PSJ" and I can't figure out what the "PSJ" is for. The body and fuel type, vehicle model, etc. are listed as well. I'm assuming it's the rate at which a particular liquid is used up, or maybe something to do with weight? Any ideas?

Capacity: kg/no. of passengers
Explanation:
PSJ = pasajeros. The capacity of the vehicle is stated either in weight or in number of passengers, as appropriate.

Here's an example in which it's obviously number of passengers:

"Marca: Toyota
Linea: Fortuner
Modelo: 2013
Color: Gris oscuro mica metálico
Combustible: Gasolina
Capacidad kg/PSJ: 7
Kilometraje: 81.238 km [...]"

Here, on the other hand, it's obvious weight, and indeed it says so:

"asimismo, dejó de valorar lo consignado en la tarjeta de propiedad del rodante, donde “(…)claramente se lee: capacidad kg/psj, 1000(kg)(…)” y para el momento de los hechos no se transportaba una carga mayor a ese peso."
