On one of the websites I looked at, it may be the official one, I don't recall, but it described it as "housing the Expo pavilion", so in my translation I'm just calling it "pavilion". Thanks to everyone who positively contributed in this query.

I always visit the place's website and if they don't translate their name, neither do I, though the first time the term appears it's often a good idea to add an explanation/description /translation in brackets afterwards. I also imagine how I would refer to the place when speaking English to someone.

Where do you get the notion that I'm not interested in your suggestions? Although I've decided what I'm going to call it in my translation, I'm interested in seeing how other people approach it, not only in the Expo context, but also how they would translate it when it is more like a clubhouse or leisure centre for retired people, which are more akin to the uses I've seen of the term in my part of Spain.

It's the name of a place, so you should leave it untranslated in my opinion. Is there any point in leaving this question open if you're not interested in our answers?
