This is from the Mexican General Law on Business Corporations, in relation to the rules for setting up a sociedad anonima.
For translation to UK English.

Here is the article

I.- Que haya dos socios como mínimo, y que cada uno de ellos suscriba una acción por lo menos;

suscrito;

I am confused about the difference between 'dinero efectivo' and 'numerario' (see next question) which both seem to mean 'cash' and also 'exhibir' which according to word ref also means to pay in cash. To be honest I am confused by the whole sentence and have put it up as two queries so I don't break the Proz rules

paid in full in cash
Explanation:
From PwC's Doing Business in Mexico, this would seem to be equivalent to your point III:
"Notwithstanding, at least 20% of the minimum capital must be paid in full at the time of incorporation when paid in cash, and 100% when paid in kind"

required > to be tendered in cash > 'coin of the realm'

Explanation:
exhibir: Hon / Mex > to pay; to *tender* payment ; la parte exhibida del capital > the 'paid-in' > opaid-up ? portion of the capital: West

cuando menos el veinte por ciento del valor de cada acción pagadera en numerario: doesn't suggest paid in full to me, besides which there is a subtle difference between tendering payment - that might be refused from the likes of 'EL Chapo' and actual payment accepted.

Explanation:
