Spanish term or phrase: pagadera en numerario
This is from the Mexican General Law on Business Corporations, in relation to the rules for setting up a sociedad anonima.
For translation to UK English.

Here is the article

I.- Que haya dos socios como mínimo, y que cada uno de ellos suscriba una acción por lo menos;

suscrito;

I am confused about the difference between 'dinero efectivo' and 'numerario' (see previous question) which both seem to mean 'cash' and also 'exhibir' which according to word ref also means to pay in cash. To be honest I am confused by the whole sentence and have put it up as two queries so I don't break the Proz rules

Technically I think "numerario" is a bit like "disponibilidades" ie "cash and cash equivalents"

See:

payable in readily cashable form/ e.g. banker's draft - draught /

Explanation:
Our Mexican au pair boy in our family home in the South of England had been given an option of cash payment, banker's draft like a cheque de caja that is the *same as cash* or by cheque /check, namely a cash 'equivalent'.

neutral  AllegroTrans: Surely "in cleared funds" is the more usual term?

  -> that's a good point except, in international banking practic/se, a banker's draft is 'as good as cash' and cannot be stopped.

Found this in English. Paragraph 1, while the translation may be "iffy", explains. Dinero efectivo = payment in cash whereas cada acción pagadera en numerario, here, each unpaid share payable in money.
