¡Hola!, Estoy haciendo una traducción (ES-EN) de un acta de nacimiento para una tarea. Viene la siguiente frase:

"Con fundamento en lo previsto por el Artículo 51, del Código Civil para el estado de Campeche, se expide la presente certificación. Campeche, Camp., a 19 de febrero de 2003."

Lo que yo he escrito es lo siguiente:
"This record is issued pursuant to Article 51 from the Civil Code for the State of Campeche."

No estoy muy segura de mi traducción, además de que tengo dudas con la parte final, del lugar y fecha, ¿eso debería ser traducido literalmente o hay una manera en específico para ponerse?
