From a (poorly written) text accompanying the hand over of a building. Purpose not clear, its partly descriptive and partly maintenance instructions.

CORONACIÓN MUROS DE CUBIERTA - FACHADA.
En cubierta de Planta primera, el acabado de fachada principal retorna sobre el muro de coronación para convertirse en revestimiento interior del muro y llegar hasta el zócalo.

So I guess the "muro de coronación" is a cornice of some kind but beyond that this doesn't make much sense to me. Do you think the facade finish stretch up and over the cornice? I can't picture the "zócalo" in this context either, I understand that as a footing, strengthening the base of the wall...
