It seems to me that if it were "at" 30 m below, there would not be layers (plural), but only one layer at any given depth. And the fact that it has the plural "los 30 m por debajo" indicates to me that the reference is to depths ranging from the top of the piles to a depth 30 m below the top of the piles. Normally, a soil profile has a series of strata, or layers, over a range of depths. |
