Hi,

I'm translating a recipe which has cocoa crumble and one of the instructions is 'Preparar el crumble: disolver la mantequilla en pomada.' I have translated 'To make the crumble: melt the butter until softened'. Is 'en pomada' correct as 'until softened'?

Hay que aclarar si es como aquí nos dice "disolver la mantequilla en pomada" o se refiere a llevar la mantequilla a punto de pomada. Pues siendo el primer caso es derretir esa mantequilla que ya esta en punto de pomada: melt the soften/cream butter Siendo el segundo caso, sería simplemente llevarla al punto pomada:Soften or cream the butter
