  -> Thanks, Carol. I forgot to mention that, because of the large number of pases, the kitchen-hatch 'runs' might in fact be self-service pick-ups by the guests and patrons themselves.

No se permiten hacer fotos, porque la sorpresa es prioritaria para vivir al completo la experiencia de probar cerca de 40 mini-pases de cocina. El recorrido comienza con snacks a los que le siguen diferentes cócteles comandados por el barman Marc Álvarez, para dar paso a una barra japonesa donde la materia prima toma protagonismo. Para mi, sin duda es lo que más me divirtió. El centro del menú se degusta en su salón, con pocas mesas y ambiente frío porque aquí el protagonista es el plato: angulas, guisantes de lágrima, platos de caza… Concluye la experiencia con sorpresa final en el 41º, un speakeasy que revive la coctelería cerrada en 2014 y que ahora se reproduce tras una puerta secreta.
