verified report
Explanation:

The procedure includes a mandatory and binding
assessment report issued by the competent university quality assurance agency.
Based on the authorised modifications, the curriculum’s “verified report” is understood to be the updated version from which verification was
obtained, incorporating said changes.

degree plan // study plan

Explanation:
Following Chema's 'documento que describe oficialmente y con todo detalle un curso universitario,' something along these lines may be useful, as 'degree plan' and 'study plan' are commonly used in discussing requirements for degrees in the context of accreditation (in the US).

And the word 'verified' or 'official' could (or perhaps even should) be included as well, e.g., 'official degree plan' or '...study plan.'

I hope this helps :-)

My pleasure, Rachel!

Since a single document that is truly equivalent does not exist in the US system, and is presumably unknown in that of the UK, I still think 'official degree plan' (or 'official study plan') may convey the essence of the source text as well as (or even more naturally than) other options.

On a separate note, since so much of what might appear (e.g., grading system) in a memoria verificada may also apply to (or be the same as in) other degree programs, perhaps in the US and UK systems this information would be covered between official degree plans (or course guides or catalogues) and faculty (or student) handbooks, which may typically be consulted in the context of transfer credits.

Cheers and stay safe!!!

The Bologna declaration (in full, Joint Declaration of the European Ministers of Education convened in Bologna on 19 June 1999)[1] is the main guiding document of the Bologna process. It was adopted by ministers of education of 29 European countries at their meeting in Bologna in 1999.

It proposed a European Higher Education Area in which students and graduates could move freely between countries, using prior qualifications in one country as acceptable entry requirements for further study in another.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bologna_declaration#:~:text=Th...

It seems to be an application submitted by Spanish universities to get their respective study plans approved, in order to adapt to the requirements of the Bologna Declaration.
