"Amasado o termobatido:
Reúne las gotas líquidas dispersas en la pasta para facilitar la separación sólido-líquido.
La temperatura es un parámetro muy importante en esta etapa del proceso, no debiendo superar los 28ºC, de esta forma no hay pérdidas de componentes volátiles, lo que contribuye a preservar la calidad."

Para "amasado" pondría "mixing", pero no doy con la traducción de "termobatido". Y aunque aparece como una opción, no quisiera omitirlo.

Se aprecian sugerencias.

Thank you bigedsenior. I used your option (though with "mixing" instead of "stirring") since it is a bit more "explanatory" than the term "thermo-mixing". However, "thermo-mixing" seems to be correct also.

neutral  Neil Ashby: I think here it is the opposite of thermomixing (= mixing components by heating them). the temp is deliberately maintained lower than 28C to avoid problems with evaporation of the solvent - the solvent is there to aid mixing.
