"Colocar las rayas del eje al par del orificio" - in a section on the assembly of camshaft bushes. I'm not sure where "par" fits in here, but that's another question!

in this case I think "al par" means "in line with"

It could be said that "rayas" is "lines", but if you use the verb "line up", then perhaps: "line up the marks of the axis with the hole"
