I hope I've chosen the right "broad field" for this question...

Spain: part of Registration Dossier for new drug, document "PNT Fabricación"

Aire climatizado en los distintos locales de fabricación.
El aire climatizado debe satisfacer los siguientes requisitos:
- Cumplir las especificaciones microbiológicas.
- Descontaminar el ambiente.
- Cumplir niveles de presión/depresión.

The phrase in quotes gets exactly 2 Ghits. Might this be "pressurization [pressurizing] / depressurization [depressurizing]"? But, of what... the building? individual work areas?

I'm thinking, positive and negative airflow... like with isolation rooms for infection control (?)

Am I on the right track? Sorry, no more context than this. Thanks for any insight.

Thanks, Richard. I thought all 3 answers were good options, really, given that we don't know what this refers to exactly. I decided to go with yours because it seemed the most "generic" way to put it.

minimum / maximum air pressure levels

Explanation:
the use of 'cumplir' seems to indicate a maximum / minimum (i.e. confined by strict limits) situation.

I think from the context the only possible meaning is the air pressure in "los distintos locales de fabricación"
