this referes to some sort of device used for controlling lifts:

La Maniobra CMC4+ está compuesta por los siguientes principales elementos:
• Módulo de control, compuesto por Unidad de Bornero de Armario UBA2 y Placa de Control de Maniobra, UCM2. La placa de Maniobra es el elemento más importante del Sistema de Control, ya que gobierna el funcionamiento del ascensor, las restantes placas son dispositivos de comunicación con el resto de la estructura de la Maniobra. En la Placa de Maniobra se procesa la información de las distintas placas del sistema y se toman las decisiones correspondientes a cada situación, generando las órdenes de control que han de gobernar el funcionamiento del ascensor. Las decisiones son tomadas conforme al firmware instalado (programa residente en la memoria flash del micro controlador).
• Placa de Cabina, UCC2. Conexión de los elementos de cabina con registro y señalización, lectura del sistema de posicionado (cambios en plantas extremas y sensores de posición de planta), también incorpora un microprocesador. Sus misiones son: Procesar la información generada en la mayoría de los dispositivos de cabina y enviarla a la placa de maniobra vía CAN. Recibir las órdenes que envía la placa de maniobra y ejecutarlas. Dispone de un bus adicional, un bus LIN que conecta de forma simple las BMC (Botonera Modular de Cabina) y las IMC (Interfaz Modular de Cabina) facilitando el cableado de las botoneras

I´´m not sure what this is as it seems they are referring to some device for controlling the motion of lifts.
