Hi! I would like your help in finding a suitable translation for this phrase in the following context:

"Las Fichas Ambientales deben ser elaboradas por los subcontratistas o ejecutores antes de iniciar las asistencias técnicas. "

... con todas las entidades ejecutoras se ha acordado que deben levantar Fichas Ambientales por cada Plan de Asistencia Técnica (que puede incluir dos o más empresas asistidas). Esas Fichas Ambientales profundizarán y especificarán los levantamientos previos realizados por el proyecto y resumidos en las Fichas Ambientales por cadena (como una primera aproximación general al desafío de la prevención en cada sector de trabajo).

By "chain" they refer to productive chains: biotrade, manufacturing, textiles, etc.

So far, the best I have managed is "Environmental Sheets by Chain".
