I'm wondering what "abocadores" are and how these relate to "el cementerio".

Any ideas would be gratefully received.

Dumps... the cemetery full of rubblish they bring us

Explanation:
'Abocador' is a tip/dump.

I think they're saying that the dump is full of rotting waste. When people are buried in a cemetery they do not move from where they are placed (but there is nothing to see or smell).

On the other hand, people take waste/rubblish to the dump and just leave it there, but in this case the rubblish is visible and might emit unpleasant smells.

I don't want to seem irrespectful but it could be said that there's not that much difference between a cemetery and a dump.

Your text is literally 'the cemetery (that) they bring of rubbish: a cemetery full of rubbish/a rubbish-filled cemetery.

Notes to answerer
Asker: I think "cementerio" can mean "dump" too. There doesn't seem to be any other reference to a cemetery in the text.

Asker: No problem, Helena. Thanks for your input.

Asker: Thanks for your suggestion, Helena. I tend to think that "cementario" and "abocador" are different words for "dump/tip" here.
