Hello wonderful people,

I am translating a central mercantile register and have come across a list of abbreviated positions within the company, one of which is "apoderad.sol".

There is not much context. The document is listing those involved in the company and their positions ove the past 10 years.

"Consejero" and "Apoderad" appear as well, which I translated "board member" and "managing director" but am unsure what to put for "apoderad.sol".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
