La frase a continuación es parte de las políticas de compra de una organización. A mi parecer la redacción del texto no es la más optima por lo que tuve que cambiar el orden al momento de traducirlo:

Traducción
Supplies, stationery or any other items for consumption cannot be purchased for periods longer than 6 months.

Supongo que el "en más de 6 meses" significa que no se podrán comprar esos productos para que dilaten 6 meses.
