No, not at all! I was out of this from last night! LOL! Robert and I were banding around ideas late into the morning and I gave up and went offline and to my bed! Yes, you are right, "integration" was just my initial thought (later, I thought of -thought of "organisation/coordination" after going back and forth with Robert late last night). But Michael, again, I am out of this, so you are free to input your own ideas, and provide your own commentary. Again "integration" was one of the first words banded about, but we did not say that it was the appropriate word for this context. No need for apologies. Unnecessary. Again, we were just throwing around ideas. Regards.

Oops, I didn't read the discussion entries before submitting my answer, as I see Taña already thought of "integration." Sorry!

I think "integration" is one of those hackneyed words used by corporates and marketing types. It would probably fit the tone and image of a bank, and it's something I'd expect to read in their marketing material. ;-)

So then, what about organis(z)ation or coordination as the Lexico link suggests? Honestly, I don't like "communication" at all as, my first impression, it conveys an altogether different concept, but that is my own prejudice, I suppose. LOL!

Yes, possibly that too, though "integration" has a ring about it that always sounds a little Orwellian to me for some reason in English, I don't know, something about it that implies conformity and compliance. Oddly though, "integración" doesn't feel the same way to me in Spanish, it's somehow warmer. In any case, I do prefer "articulación" here, sort of enabling, bringing people together, which is why I like communication. My own prejudices I suppose.

I know "communication" is a bit broad nowadays, but that's what we used to call this, isn't it? Perhaps something like "communications within the country"?
