Geography / degree title
Spanish term or phrase: Desarrollo Local y Territorio
As a postgraduate degree how would this most commonly be titled? Its the 'territorio' bit I'm unsure about, want to check if any geography/ planning experts know of an eviqualent degree in the UK. The most logical translation is Local Development and Land, not sure if it's correct, though. (have come accross less usual interpretations too, and some foreign websites translate it as territory... )
Thanks in advance!

Local Development and Land Use Planning

Explanation:
It dependes from where this degree is. "Territorio" in Spain is used very often as land use planning.
